About me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I have 10 years of experience with clients in inpatient and outpatient health care settings.
My areas of clinical interest include working with adolescents and adults, in the areas of depression, anxiety, relationships, problems of attention and focus, grief/loss, OCD, eating disorders, and trauma. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD/Trauma, Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and CBT-E for eating disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression and anxiety, and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and welcomes integrating belief systems into the therapeutic process, if that is something that is desired.
I have experience as a licensed interpreter and can provide services in Spanish if needed.
